The PrimeSlitter BlueLine can handle 2 µm thin capacitor films as well as 400 µm thick films – without compromising on precision, reliability, and speed.

The high performance slitter for films
The latest generation of the Kampf slitting and winding machine, the PrimeSlitter TF, was developed to incorporate the center-drive winding principle with individual contact rolls — in combination with the latest state-of-the-art control system.
Rewinding is performed shaftless on individual stations and with individual sensitive center drives, each equipped with a sensitive center drive and an independently operating light contact roll. As the roll diameter increases, the winding stations move horizontally away from the contact roll.
This design ensures that the winding geometry remains constant throughout the entire process, resulting in perfect winding quality of the finished rolls.
Winding tension and contact pressure are automatically controlled based on roll diameter, speed, and slitting width.
The modular design allows for an optimized machine configuration tailored to each customer's requirements.
The precise arrangement of the rewind and slitting sections, combined with Kampf’s advanced drive technology, ensures optimal slitting and winding quality at high productivity levels.
All electrical cabinets are directly mounted and connected to the machine — eliminating the need for floor pits and additional cabling.
Since all movements within the machine are powered by electric motors or pneumatic systems, the use of hydraulic components is avoided.
This eliminates the risk of contamination or oil vapors/droplets caused by potential leaks.

PrimeSlitter SilverLine
The PrimeSlitter SilverLine can be used individually as a secondary slitting machine for film and foil production with working widths up to 4m. Based on the well-known Unislit series, the design of the machines is based on many years of experience in processing various foils and films such as BOPP, BOPET, CPP, BOPA, PLA, metallized films, laminated films and capacitor films.
PrimeSlitter BlackLine
The highest level of development in the field of primary slitting machines for BOPP and BOPET films up to 13 m working width. Newly developed winding stations can be designed for 1270 mm and 1500 mm winding diameters with a load capacity of up to 7000 kg roll weight. Intelligent automation solutions in the machines, such as automatic blade changers, as well as fully integrated devices for loading and unloading offer you optimal productivity.
