Dear customers and partners,
Since the first appearance of the coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), we all are strongly effected by this global pandemic in both, our private and business lives and are facing completely new challenges. This also applies to our company and our employees. Our highest priority in the measures we take at all KAMPF sites is the health and safety of our employees and customers worldwide.
In order to continue to maintain services and deliveries under these difficult circumstances, we have already adopted regulations, which we would like to inform you about at this point.
We have set up a task force team to deal with the worldwide developments caused by COVID-19 and to initiate necessary steps.
So far, these include
- increased work safety through the consequent practice of hygiene standards,
- more distance to each other and to possible ill people,
- offset working hours and use of home offices,
- prior registration and verification of visitors,
- access restrictions at our sites,
- restrictions on travel of our employees,
- strict compliance with travel warnings and valid border entry and exit restrictions.
We are in close contact with our suppliers, to secure supply chains and to find alternative supply options. This has enabled us to maintain our regular operations. Please be assured that we take all possible measures to deliver machines and spare parts on time. In case of any delays, we will inform you immediately and personally.
In the Lifecycle Service area, too, we are striving to respond in the best possible way to the dynamically developing situations in Germany and all other regions. Some of our service specialists may not be able to be with you on site due to current travel restrictions. The local KAMPF service bases are available for you as far as possible and as usual, we offer you the best possible online support via the Kampf Service Portal (KSP). In case of emergencies, this allows you to carry out necessary interventions in close cooperation with us.

We will continue to monitor and evaluate developments in the coming weeks and adjust our measures accordingly. Once a return to normality becomes apparent, we will do our utmost to be able to serve you again with our full range of capabilities as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding and trust. Stay healthy and support in your occupational position and in your personal environment all measures that contribute to the containment of the coronavirus and to an early end of the crisis.
