At Chinaplas 2026, Kampf will present its latest innovations in slitting and winding technology for high-performance films and technical materials. The focus will be the new TechSlitter CHRI, a modular slitting machine setting new benchmarks for standard capacitor film applications, alongside the enhanced PrimeSlitter BlackLine CHRO for large-scale BOPP and BOPET film production.
TechSlitter CHRI – benchmark for capacitor film applications
With its proven expertise in processing demanding materials, Kampf has developed the TechSlitter CHRI specifically for reliable and precise processing of standard capacitor films. The machine is suitable for a wide range of metallised and non-metallised BOPP and PET films.
Thanks to its modular architecture, the TechSlitter CHRI offers high flexibility and cost efficiency, allowing precise adaptation to individual customer requirements and future production needs. It is particularly suited for advanced technical materials in fast-growing markets such as electrification, renewable energy and power electronics.
The machine enables both straight and wave cuts required for capacitor film applications, ensuring consistent quality and high accuracy. Controlled web tension guarantees gentle handling of sensitive films, while the integrated web control system ensures stable processes.
Designed for industrial performance, the TechSlitter reaches machine speeds of up to 500 m/min, depending on configuration and slitting eqipment. User-friendly features such as quick removal of finished rolls help minimise downtime and maximise productivity.
PrimeSlitter CHRO BlackLine – new dimensions in primary slitting
Another highlight at the show is the enhanced PrimeSlitter CHRO BlackLine for high-performance BOPP and BOPET film processing. With a working width of up to 12,8 m and preparation for future widths of up to 13 m, speeds of up to 1,500 m/min and unwinders capable of handling roll weights of up to 50 tonnes, the machine sets new standards in productivity and precision.
These large-scale slitting systems enable film producers to efficiently operate modern extrusion lines while ensuring excellent roll quality and high process stability.
